My name is Julie Hurst and I have been the Operations Manager for Central England Healthcare since December 2023. I have been a Qualified Registered Nurse since 1984 so have over 40 years’ experience in various areas of General and Psychiatric Nursing. I hold the RNDipHe and Diploma Level 5 in Leadership & Social Care.

The experience and transferable skills I have gained, working in numerous roles in the care field all my working life, helps me to support the staff in our six Care Homes. As a Registered Nurse, my priority is always to ensure the highest standards of care for everyone who lives within our homes; I ensure this happens by supporting and motivating my teams at all levels.
