Mrs Lyndsey Miller qualified in 2010 as a Registered General Nurse with an RNDipHe.

Lyndsey has been in the care sector for 30 years originally starting as a Health Care Assistant in an elderly care setting, then having a wide range of experience as a General Nurse, Deputy Manager and Registered Home Manager.

In 2015 Lyndsey’s passion for quality care in the community led her to launch a family operated care agency in the West Midlands. Lyndsey’s ethos for quality improvement has always been at the forefront of every role, which has inspired her transition into Operational Management with Central England Healthcare.

Lyndsey joined Central England Healthcare in 2024 as an Operations Manager, supporting all of the company’s homes across the group.
